It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Hebert of Hooksett, New Hampshire, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Camille O'Keefe (Patrick) and Marie Violet (Dupuis); her former life partner Edmond Cadieux; her husband Pastor Leon Hebert; and her siblings, Ronald O'Keefe, John O'Keefe, Robert O'Keefe and Constance Perry.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Desmarais (Dennis), Suzette Rai (Buddi), Edmond Cadieux (Jacquie), Kathleen Hebert (Joseph), Cheryl Lesmerises (Albert) and Marlene Cadieux; her stepchildren, Debbie Patterson (Glen), Patrick Hebert (Caroline) and Joseph Hebert; and her siblings, Joanne Jolin, Sue Channel, Darlene Ainsworth, Mary Lawrence, Phillip O'Keefe, Shirley Grenier and Patrick O'Keefe. She is also survived by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will have a private graveside service (due to COVID guidelines).
