He is survived by: his parent Theresa Costello (Delahanty); his wife Nancy; his children, Carol Ann Costello, Fike (Richard) and William E. Costello III; his wife Debbie Costello; and also Wayne Costello. He is also survived by husband, dad, grandfather and uncle.
