He is survived by: his parents, Betsey Esty and Stanley Esty; his stepfather Rod Davis; his wife Laura Esty; his sons, Ryan (Jennie) and Ben (Perla); his husband Barbara Nichols; and also Rick Nichols. He is also survived by two granddaughters, two grandsons, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
