He is survived by: his stepdaughter Karen Barfield (Brian) of Richmond; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Barfield and Ryan Barfield; his brother Bruce L. Olmstead of Keene, NH; and his spouse Betty L. Rice Olmstead (Beam).
