He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clough and Louise Clough (Hurd); his son Charles Clough; his stepson Greg Folsom; his grandson John Folsom; and his siblings, Richard Clough and Louise Young.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Clough (Start); his son Wayne Clough; his stepdaughters, Dawn Swain and Corinne Merrill (Steven); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Chelsea, Terri, Ian and Jeremy; his sister-in-law Mary Clough; and his sibling's children, Linda Fitts and Gary Hawkins. He is also survived by his four children.
