With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edmund C. Gifford (Laconia, New Hampshire), born in Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 8, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gifford and Arline Gifford (Drapeau); his brother William "Billy" Gifford; his sibling's children, Jimmy Stillman and Danielle Ayer; and his stepson Timothy McAvay.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Gifford (Hammond); his stepson Robert McAvay; his siblings, Ellen Ayer (Chris), Karen Stillman and Ronald Gifford (Laurie); and his sister-in-law Pat Gifford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorial donations in Ted's name be made to the charity of one's choice.
