He is survived by : his wife Penny Kingsbury (Frawley); his son Mike Kingsbury (Amy); his grandchildren, Devan (Bethany), Michael Jr. and Haley; and his siblings, Rory Kingsbury, Wade Kingsbury, Jay Kingsbury, Jenese Audet, Linda Brown and Laurie Lynn McDaniel. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
