He is survived by: his parents, James David Thomas, Sr. and Diane M. Insley (Danku); his son James David Banks of Manchester, NH; his sisters, Stefanie Thomas, Amanda Beam and Nicole Thomas; his nieces, Mylea Thomas and Brooke Thomas; and his pet Smokey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends.
