He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo Burgos and Juanita Burgos (Torres); and his daughter Melissa Burgos. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Burgos (Crowell); his daughter Candida; his son-in-law Christopher Provencher; and his children, Carmen Arline, Evelyn Burgos, Priscilla Monjaraz, Herman Richard and Rene Burgos. He is also survived by his children, he has many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
