He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Small and Marie Small (Valliere); his grandson Michael Chamberlain; and his siblings, Louis Small, Armand Small, Arnold Small and Germaine Blanchard.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Small Jr. (Michelle), Kevin Small and Karen Houle (David); his grandchildren, Mark, Matthew, Kristal, Cassandra, Tasha, Jameson and Kaylie; the mother of his children Carol Nedeau; and his friend Joyce Lounsbury. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
