He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Holbrook and Charlotte Holbrook (Benjamin); and his brother Richard Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Ursula Holbrook (Catellier) of Woonsocket; his daughter Melissa Holbrook of Lebanon, NH; his grandchildren, Theodore, Bailey, Brianna (Tyler), Victoria and Benjamin; his daughter Jennifer Ayotte of Webster, MA; his grandchildren, Jordan and Jared; his children, Keith Holbrook of Woonsocket and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Rowan and Beauden; and his brother Charles Holbrook of Blackstone.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02876).
