He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Clow and Nellie Clow (Blanchard); and his siblings, Sonny Clow, Billy Diagel, Bobby Clow and Virginia Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Clow (Jarvis); his children, Virginia Rines, Daniel Clow, Michael Clow and Robin Ouellette (John); and his stepchildren, Carra Meyette, Jack Partlow III and Joseph Partlow. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
