He was predeceased by : his father Richard D. "Dick" Elliott of Wilmington. He is survived by : his mother Nancy L. Elliott (Cutter); his sister-in-law Cathy Hope; and also, Brittany Jean, Mikayla and Donna. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
