He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Urban (Bill) and Edward Urban; and his wife Judy Urban. He is survived by: his children, Polish, Kerrie Urban (Donnie Simon) of Hopkinton, MA and Jaime Urban of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Brunelle and Ayla Simon; and his brother Laurence Urban (Christine) of North Chelmsford, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to JDRF, an organization dedicated to funding type 1 diabetes research.
