It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Newgent of Londonderry, New Hampshire, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Professor Raymond G. Patterson and Dietician Flora A. Patterson; her sister Mary; her daughter Barbara (Mason Ide); her husband Harvey W. Newgent; her son-in-law William James Etter; and her daughters, Carol Celata of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Jan (John Brooks) and Nancy Etter of Matawan. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and their partners; 10 great grandchildren; notable cousins; and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, Jean would be pleased to know that donations were being made to the Joslin Diabetes Center Boston, MA or the Lakes Region Humane Society in Ossipee, NH.
