She is survived by: her parent Keely Perkins (Krueger) of Manchester; her children, Theadene Mattis Burlington Jr. and McKenzie Krueger; her stepparents, John Perkins, Dan Burlington and Pauline Burlington; her siblings, Trevor Perkins, John Perkins, Jr., Charlie Burlington, Rachel Burlington and Shannon Reed; her grandmother Deborah Wilson; her aunt Loree Krueger; and her uncles, Brian Krueger and William Wilson.
