She was predeceased by: her parent Eleuterio Acosta. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Ortiz; her husband Ramon Dominguez of Manchester, NH; her children, Jacqueline (Al) of Naugatuck, CT, Angel Baez (Erica) of Manchester, NH and Carmen Betancourt (Felix) of New Haven, CT; and her siblings, Martha Escalet, Carlos Acosta, Jose Acosta and Luz Ortiz. She is also survived by grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
