It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Claire Parnell (Manchester, New Hampshire), who passed away on July 1, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Emilienne Dolbec-Rousseau (Couillard) and Raymond Dolbec; her brother Paul Dolbec; and her great grandchild Lillian Grace Gimas. She is survived by : her great grandchild Lilliana; her husband John W. Parnell, Jr. of Goffstown; her children, Wendy Uzarek of Goffstown, Lynda Cushing (Ed Murphy) of Merrimack, Judith Dionne (Jeff Dionne) of Candia, Michael Parnell of Goffstown and Thomas Parnell (Lori Pelletier) of Concord; her grandchildren, Kristi Felch, Stephanie Gimas, Benjamin Cushing, Megan Parnell, David Gimas, Colby Dionne, Madison Dionne, Emily Parnell, Eric Parnell, Kaley Poulicakos, April Mason and Kauleen Blackington; and her siblings, Madeleline Parsons, Mary Kirouac, Anne Blais and Catherine Dolbec.
