He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Rice (Edgar). He is survived by: his wife Angela (Holbrook); his children, Jesse Rose (Erin), Chantel Boucher (Erik Shepherd) and Katherine Boucher; his stepchildren, Keighty Palmer and Peter La Fleur; his grandchildren, Chloe Marie, Carter Anthony, Alexander Joseph and Evelyn Grace; and his siblings, Gary Berg (Terry) of Manchester, Barclay Berg and Lori Scott. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, numerous friends, and extended family.
