He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George A. Fosher and Evelyn Fosher (Keefe); his wife Judith Fosher (Hall); and his children, George, Steve, Bill, Tom, Dave and Christine (Bob Evans). He was also cherished by his children, thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
