He is survived by: his parent Helen Murphy (Ivers); his wife Tamara Murphy (Calden); his children, Dawn Scanlon (Bill), Bridget Murphy (Rich Bengtson), Shannon Ploude (Tom), Sean Shisko, Melissa Morgan (Bruce) and Megan Murphy; and his grandchildren, Ricky Bengtson, Joey Bengtson, Caitlin Scanlon, Erin Scanlon, Kevin O'Brien, Jimmy O'Brien, Sean Shisko, Jr., Jacqueline Ploude, Amelia Ploude and Aeris Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many lifelong friends.
