She was predeceased by: her husband Ignal L. Czaja; her son Joseph S. Czaja; her siblings, William, Richard Decato and Deloris Purington; and her parents, Arthur Decato and Lillian Decato.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Czaja (Darleen) and Cathy Moody (Patrick); her grandchildren, Scott, Steven, Stephanie Moody, David Czaja (Tiffany) and Nicole Rosario (Kelvin); her sister Gloria Greene; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen Czaja. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
