She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Hayes and Richard Lemelin; her daughters, Dawn McFadden and Tracey Bouley (Steven); her sister Susan Perkins; and her grandson Tyler McFadden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Manchester Animal Shelter, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
