He is survived by: his children, Philip H Collins Jr. (Joan Collins) of North Hampton, Judy Collins (Roger Whitaker), Mary St. Gelais of Hampton and Daniel Collins (Harper) of Lawrenceville, NJ. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
