With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Philibert Jr. of Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on May 23, 2022 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Philibert, Sr. (Nunes). He is survived by: his father Richard A. Philibert,; his children, Rick Pelczarski of Grafton and Lila Philibert; his stepmother Elizabeth Philibert Sr. of Manchester; his nephews, Ryan and Dylan Butler; and his great-nephew Austin Myers. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
