With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard S. Hayes Jr. (Manchester, New Hampshire), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. (Teresa D. Hayes) and NJ; his wife Connie Leonard; his sister Nancy Hinman; his son Chris; and his granddaughter Alison.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Santos (Paul) of Albion, RI, Beth Dillon (Denis) of Dover, NH, Amy Valenti (Michael) of Dover, DE and Pete Hayes; his daughters-in-law, Julie Hayes of Greenland, NH and Laura Stackhouse; his grandchildren, Hayley (Ethan), Alex, Taylor (Grace), Katie, Dan (Jessica), Caroline, Abigail, Nathan (Jordyn), Chris (Emma), Spencer and Ruby; and his great grandchildren, Charley and Alexandra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
