He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles Hines and Mildred Hines (Newland); his wife Photine Hines (Tillie); and his children, Helen Morse, Robert L. Hines Jr., Nicholas Hines and Steven Hines.
He is survived by: his children, James B. Hines of Wells, ME, Richard Hines of Manchester and Stella D. Dlubac of Concord, NH.; and his children-in-law, Sue Hines, Jeannine Hines, Pat Hines and Dana Morse. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren.
