He is survived by : his wife June Allen; his daughters, Karen Boutwell (Kelli) and Erica Boynton (Troy); his grandchildren, Courtney, Grady, Kinley and Addison; and his sisters, Janet Shaw, Judith Horne and Audrey Calley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
