She is survived by: her husband Theodore Lee Cook; her siblings, Kit Martin, Deborah Johnson, Cindy Martin and Carlotta Woodruff; her grandchildren, Beau Holder, Steven Holder, Katelynn Slack (Cook), Shannon Carpentino (Cook), Benjamin Cook and Christian Cook; and also, Laura Rowe (Cook), Ellen Moore (Cook), Brian Cook (Diana) and Ernest Holder. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
