He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter S. Williams and Vesta "Betty" Williams (Salisbury); his wife Charlotte "Cookie" Williams; and his siblings, Robert Williams, Leon Williams and Virginia "Ginny" White.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Shannon Silvia (Todd) and Jeff Riley; his siblings, Sandy Lahey (Barry) and Roger Williams (Liz); and his uncle Calvin "Burt" Williams (Lois). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 stepchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
