He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Douglass and Lucy A. Douglass (Walen); and his brother Jack Douglass of Gloucester. He is survived by : his wife Jacquelyn Douglass; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Edward Horton of Milton; his granddaughters, Monique Griffin (Ryan) of Amesbury and Noelle McCusker (John) of Wilmington Mass; his great grandchildren, Summer, Skylar Griffin and Porter of Wilmington; his sister Gillian Robinson of Beverly; and his sister-in-law Barbara Douglass of Gloucester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone VNA and Hospice, 178 Farmington Rd, Rochester NH 03867.
