She was predeceased by : her father William A. Payne. She is survived by : her mother Betsy Kirby Payne; her siblings, Jeremy Payne and Heidi Payne; her children, Desiree Watts, Justin Watts, Danielle Rollins, Robert Falkins, Randy Armstrong and Carlie Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Riley Fisher, Scarlett Place and Bobby Falkins. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.
