She was predeceased by : her parents, Perley Curtis and Phyllis Curtis (Pierce). She is survived by : her husband Rene Blais of Moultonborough, NH; her brother-in-law William Dailey of Methuen, MA; her niece Kerrin Moniz (Mark); her son Dom of Derry, NH; her nephew Jason Dailey (Amy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack of Salem, NH. and Machaela of Salem, NH..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made in Sally's name to The NH Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, NH 03247.
