She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Williams and Mabel Williams (Kittinger); her husband Paul Harter; her son Keith Harter; and her brothers, George and Earl Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Roehrs, Paul Harter Jr., Karin Roumanis and Kyle Fowler. She is also survived by wife, homemaker, and mother, raising five children.
