He is survived by: his wife Linda Perkins (Hubert) of Nashua; his daughter Lisa Perkins of Dracut, MA; his grandson David Edward Gendron of Dracut, MA; his brother-in-law Paul Hubert (Nancy) of Pelham, NH; and his sibling's children, John Buxton and Chris Carver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA in Methuen.
