He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sharon L Lombard (Surprenant) of Nashua, NH and Dennis J. Lombard of Allenstown, NH. A; his sons, Scott D. Jr. of Manchester, NH, Brendan of Manchester, NH and Andrew Lombard of Manchester, NH; and his siblings, Jeffrey Lombard (Jodie) of Hampstead, NH and Melissa Lombard. He was also cherished by 2 nieces, 4 nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation for Fighting Blindness, blindness.org.
