She was predeceased by : her parents, Elin Nelson (Johnson) and Walter A. Nelson; her daughter Katherine Jean Greenwood; her sister Doris E. Carlson; and her nephew Steven Carlson.

She is survived by : her husband Raymond H. Christian; and her children, Robert Doe Christian (Lisa), Loralyn LaBombard (Greg) and Timothy Christian (Kelly). She is also survived by grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
