He is survived by : his fiancée Tammy Mailloux of New Ipswich, NH; his daughter Kayla Muehlheim of New Ipswich, NH; his grandson Dominick; and his sisters, Karen Pace, Tina Farrar and Jennifer Gernert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
