Leilani Lee Rabtoy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leilani Lee Rabtoy (Mount Holly, Vermont), born in Rutland, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis E. Rabtoy and Jacqueline "King"; and her sisters, Serena Bourque and Naomi Barrows. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Swan, Jr. (Vicki) of North Port, FL, Francis Swan (Charity) of Mt. Holly, VT, Carol Moore of Claremont, NH, Conrad Moore II (Debbie) of Springfield, VT and Jolene Jennings of New London, NH.; and her grandchildren, Rodney Swan, Jenna Johnson, Jessica Oviatte-Brechenser, Shanna Swan, Fallon Swan, Krystle Swan, Ashley Blanchard, Charissa Swan, Brandon Moore, Garrett Moore, Ethan Aldrich, Megan Leigh, Conrad Moore III and Jaylene Robie. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Clarendon Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Residence of Francis and Charity Swan (76 Meadowview Ln, Mt Holly, VT 05758).
