He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Mary Maguire (Benevento); his parents, Thomas H. Maguire and Elizabeth Maguire (Cox); his siblings, John Maguire, Dennis Maguire, Mary Fabiano (late Richard) and Barbara Regan; and his sister-in-law Donna Maguire.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Matthew Regan, Lillian Maguire, Lorraine Maguire, Dolores Benevento, Vin, Denise Benevento, Theresa Benevento and Ronald Benevento. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Broadway (426 Broadway, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home (426 Broadway, Lynn, MA 01904).
