He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard A. Libby and Frances E. Libby (Merrill). He is survived by : his wife Nita Libby (Morse) of Nottingham, NH; his siblings, Eunice Taylor of East Lyme, CT and Brian A. Libby (Susan) of Tucson, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Caudill of Epping, NH and Donald A. Morse Sr. of Portsmouth, NH. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
