Francis Downing Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2021, at the age of 68, Francis Downing (Nottingham, New Hampshire) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Rodney Bascom and Frances Bascom; and his brothers, Matthew Bascom, Richard Pearse, William Randall and David Shirley.
He is survived by : his close friend Patsy Rayno; his sisters, Linda Lebeau, Kathryn, Priscilla LePage and Shirley Woodard; and his sister-in-law Sue Bascom. He is also survived by 26 nieces and 23 nephews.
