He was predeceased by : his wife June Ann Breen-Hall; and his parent George Hall. He is survived by : his parent Anna Hall; his significant other Susan Marston of Nottingham, NH; his sister Donna Zimmerman (Ronald) of Sandown, NH; and his children, Marlene Hester (David) of Danvers, MA, Cheryl Butler (Michael) of Salem, MA, Robin Healy (Mark) of Chelmsford, MA and Randy Hall Jr (Felicia) of Tallahassee, FL..

In lieu of flowers it was his wish for donations to be made to the tree planting at Harmony Grove Cemetary, 30 Grove St. Salem MA 01970 in his name.
