He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Kelly (Shea); his parents, George E. Kelly and Eunice I. Kelly (Mullen); and his brother George "Jim" Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Audrey T. Kelly of Derry, NH, Dennis M. Kelly (Kimberly) of Pelham and Peter L. Kelly of Boston; his grandchildren, David, Mary Jensen, Brooklyn and Dylan Kelly; his siblings, Judith M. Pentedemos (Charles) of Pepperell and Timothy P. Kelly (Deborah) of Lowell; his siblings-in-law, Mary Kelly of Dracut, Daniel Perlack of Dracut and Ronald Dudevoir of North Andover; and his sisters, Mary E. "Betsy" Perlack, Kathleen Kelly and Brenda Dudevoir. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
