He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas F. Sr and Marilyn Parham, Sr. (Ruggiero). He is survived by: his spouse Patricia J. Parham (Dalphond); his children, Andrew Parham of Bloomfield, NJ and Stephanie Parham (Rohan Mullings) of Durham, NC; his stepdaughters, Amy Herndon (Lee) of Homosassa, FL and Melissa Lapierre (Adam) of Derry, NH; and his sisters, Judith Staples of Alabama and Cindy Katz (John) of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
