Powers (Charles) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Goodwin, Luke Powers and Benjamin Powers; and his siblings, Margaret A. West (James) of Williamsburg, VA, Jane V. Martin (Robert) of Williamsburg, VA and Gerald J. Schweida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
