He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Emery Stevens of No. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Jenot Stevens; his son Jeff Manion (Kristina); his grandchildren, Sofia and Owen; his daughter Makayla Stevens; his sister Carol Downing; his brothers-in-law, Bernie Colangeli and Wendell Smith Jr.; his brother Lincoln Stevens; his sister-in-law Harriet Stevens; and his siblings' children, Timothy Downing Jr., Heather Clement, Brittney Libby, Brianne Parker, Gabrielle Burhoe and Kristina Chase. He is also survived by numerous great nephews, great nieces and cousins.
