In loving memory of Bessie L. Brewster in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, who departed this world on September 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Bessie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anast Marinos and Stella Marinos (Panagacos); and her sibling Aristides "Terry" Marinos. She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Brewster; her sons, Ernest (Colleen Brewster) and Dennis (Helen Brewster); her grandsons, Matthew, Stephen, Jonathan and David Brewster; and her great grandchildren, Peter Brewster and Magnolia Brewster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (40 Andrew Jarvis Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Newington Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute http://www.dfci.org.
