It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gisela Hess Garvey (Portsmouth, New Hampshire), who passed away on January 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Michael J. Garvey; and her children, Ellen Garvey of Newcastle, N. H., Mark Garvey of Concord, Luke Garvey of Wellington and Peter Garvey of Plantation. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
