He was predeceased by : his mother Sandra Mellynchuk (Sandie). He is survived by : his father Henry Mellynchuk (Hank); his wife Jessica Titus; his children, Tristan and Anna Mellynchuk; his siblings, Julia Bailey (Sissy), Scott (Kathy) and Mark Mellynchuk (Sonja); his stepchildren, Brynn and Emmy Van Dorn; and his pets, Sadie and Lola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Portsmouth Elks Club (500 Jones Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801).

Donations in memory of Henry may be made to the NH Audubon Society, The NH Chapter of The Nature Conservancy or WUNH 91.3 FM of Durham (Henry was a lifelong supporter).
